**Summary**

As a Site Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints. Reporting to the Project Manager, your core skills in construction management software, supervising experience, and quality control will be essential in guiding teams and maintaining project timelines. Proficiency in ProCore and other premium tools will enhance your ability to manage workflows effectively. Your relevant skills in blueprint reading and construction estimating will further support your role in delivering successful project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate trades for daily scheduled tasks to ensure adherence to project schedule.
- Manage site staff, labourers, and handymen with clear daily task assignments.
- Liaise with municipal inspectors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to review and update project schedule and budget.
- Prepare and distribute detailed weekly outlook schedules for trade and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and enforce site safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct daily reviews of trade work for compliance with design and quality standards.
- Assess site conditions, issue and manage RFI's through **Procore**.
- Identify and report on variances from the schedule or budget, including root causes and proposed solutions.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum **10 years** in Construction Management.
- At least **5 years** as a Site Superintendent on **High
- or Mid-Rise projects** in Ontario.
- Minimum **3 years** with **2 full-cycle projects** (from rough-in to finishing) completed.
- Strong background in **wood frame**, **masonry**, and **concrete structures**.
- Experience with **building envelope** installations and inspections.
- Familiarity with **MEP rough-ins**, **structural modifications**, **framing**, **drywall**, and all finish stages.

- MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Project
- **Bluebeam**:

- **Procore**

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting.
- On-site presence required for all working days; occasional Saturdays may be required.
- This is a **dedicated, full-time** role for the duration of the project.
- Minimum **high school diploma** required; Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Construction is strongly encouraged.
