- Overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to plans, budget, and timelines.
- Championing a comprehensive health and safety program, prioritizing crew well-being.
- Commanding a team of tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Driving impeccable quality control, ensuring construction meets or exceeds all specifications.
- Maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders and keeping everyone informed.
- Managing project logistics, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials.
