**Who we are looking for?**

Our service team is a crucial part of our business, as we promise customers satisfaction from the start of their project to the very end. As a small company with about 50 employees, what we do best is kitchen cabinetry - start to finish.

As we are constantly growing so to meet our customer needs we are looking to hire a Service Tech Assistant to support our Senior Service Technician in providing warranty and service support to CW Kitchens customer base, including builders and homeowners. Service requests can include, touch-ups, repairing broken pieces, uninstalling and installing a cabinet or two, removing gables and installing new gables, installing kick-plates once the flooring is in, drilling for and installing hardware, and much more.

If you are a friendly, outgoing person who loves to interact with people (usually happy customers) and you feel you have the handy woodworking skills necessary to do cabinetry repairs/small installs - then this is the role for you Company vehicle and tools are supplied.

**The Service Tech Assistant will**:

- Assist in performing post-installation cabinet services or warranty repair adjustments, or replacements as needed to satisfy the customer requirements.
- Assist in any repair, replacement, or adjustment of cabinets as needed.
- Act as a helper in the shop for any department as and when needed

**Must have skills**:

- 1 year of experience working in the woodworking/construction industry
- Great customer service skills
- For our Insurance purposes, you must be over 25 years of age and have a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate all necessary hand tools and power
- Excellent reasoning ability, quality awareness, & decision-making skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform simple mathematics.
- Must be self-sufficient as well as a team player
