**Purpose**:
The Recruitment Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruitment process by managing the administrative tasks and coordinating recruitment activities. This role ensures that all recruitment activities run efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the Messer’s hiring goals.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage and post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for hiring managers; create and manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with recruiters and the HR team to develop and improve recruitment strategies, workflows, and best practices
- Support and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent as needed
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
**What it takes**:
- College diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support role
- Bilingual (French and English) required, written & spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information
