Overview:
Le coordonnateur(trice) à la mobilisation des employés est responsable d’assurer l’engagement, d’augmenter la rétention et de réduire le roulement de nos Spécialistes Café Nespresso.
Le coordonnateur(trice) à la mobilisation des employés sera responsable de l’administration du portail Nespresso Plus, de la gestion des données personnelles des employés et du soutien de première ligne.
Cela comprend notamment de fournir du soutien de première ligne aux employés sur le terrain pour s’assurer que tout le monde soit bien intégré et formé.
De plus, le coordonnateur(trice) à la mobilisation des employés sera responsable d’intégrer les nouveaux employés, ainsi que de gérer des données importantes au sujet des employés de Nespresso.
**Rôle et responsabilités**:
- Être bilingue anglais (écrit, verbal) et français (écrit, verbal)
- Faire des suivis avec les équipes de recrutement et de formation au sujet de l'intégration des employés nouvellement embauchés
- S'assurer que les nouveaux employés sont intégrés sur toutes les plateformes et dans tous les systèmes; leur fournir leurs codes d’accès et de connexion
- Réaliser des sondages d'engagement et de vérification auprès des employés
- Gérer les transitions et les changements sur le terrain; gérer les utilisateurs sur le système et mettre à jour le fichier pour la paie
- Gérer les références, les récompenses et les reconnaissances pour les employés sur le terrain
- Gérer la base de données des employés, le _Headcount Report_ et le _Master Store List_
- Fournir des rapports sur la rétention et sur les résultats des sondages auprès des employés
- Exécuter des audits réguliers pour mettre à jour le portail et la base de données
- Créer des rapports, analyser les données et faire des recommandations sur le chiffre d'affaires, la rémunération et l'engagement des employés
- Créer une infolettre hebdomadaire
- Gérer le portail Nespresso Plus
- Fournir du soutien de première ligne aux Spécialistes Café Nespresso
- S’occuper de tout autre projet de coordination, rapport et/ou soutien sur le terrain, selon la demande.

Match Retail is seeking a bilingual Employee Engagement Coordinator for our client, Nespresso to ensure our Coffee Advisor team are fully trained, supported and engaged in their roles. Acting as a liaison between the field and management, you will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing retention and reducing turnover of our Nespresso Coffee Advisor team.
This position is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of Wednesday - Sunday. You will be supporting our team nationally across Canada and strive to support our brand to meet business goals by creating an environment where team members feel valued and can develop both as an individual and as a team.
**Details of the position**:
- Full-time, permanent (40 hours/week)
- Working schedule is Wednesday - Sunday (9am-5pm).
- 3 weeks vacation/year
**Responsibilities**
- Following-up with recruiters & trainers on onboarding completion for new hires
- Making sure new hires are set-up in all platforms and systems, providing new hires their system access and logins
- Conducting engagement surveys and employee check-ins
- Managing all field transitions and changes; user management on system & updating the file for payroll
- Managing referrals and rewards & recognitions for field employees
- Managing employee database, headcount report and master store list
- Providing reporting on attrition and employee survey results
- Running regular audits for portal and database cleanups
- Creating reports, analyzing data and providing recommendations on Turnover, Compensation, Employee Engagement
- Creation of weekly newsletter
- Manage and reconcile the Nespresso Plus portal
- Provide front line support to Nespresso Coffee advisors
- Any other field coordination, reporting and/or support projects as requested
**Professional Skills and Requirements**
- Must be bilingual English (written, verbal) and French (written, verbal)
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Demonstrated ability in building professional relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
