Committed to excellence, the Account Executive, Premium Sales is responsible for meeting and exceeding the ongoing revenue targets for all premium seating areas in the Abbotsford Centre.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
(Other duties may be assigned as required)
- Contributing to the sales on both a nightly rental and full-term lease basis of available Loges, Suites, and other Premium Products
- Developing new client lists and prospects for all premium seating products through outbound sales efforts and B2B prospecting
- Executing client and prospect visits on Canucks game nights and at concerts/special events at Abbotsford Centre when required
- Minimum of 5 in-person appointments per week required, or 200 calls per week if the minimum appointment requirement is not met
- Assisting the Ticket Sales team in the prospecting and selling of membership and group tickets when required
- Developing strong professional relationships with our Suite and Loge purchasers, meeting standards of excellence and supporting in client retention
- Working closely to communicate and collaborate with the Premium Service team, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
- Creating and presenting sales proposals to clients
- Attending local and area networking opportunities

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field such as business, marketing or sport management
- At least 3 years of direct sales and client account management experience, ideally in a ticket and/or Premium Sales capacity
- Extensive computer knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Polished presentation skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
- Excellent relationship building and social skills; superior communication skills
- Creative and innovative team player with cooperative attitude
- A go-getter, with drive and initiative to succeed who is assertive, persistent, and results oriented
- A proven dedication to outstanding client service
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Archtics and Ticketmaster technology is an asset
