North Vancouver, Canada Day to Day Bookkeepers Full time

**Job Summary**:

- General office admin tasks and supportive duties
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendors statements
- GST/PST/EHT/WCB remittances
- Post & Maintain journal entries
- Month End and Final Reports

**Software Skills**:

- MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks Online experience would be a definite asset

**Qualifications / skills / experience**:

- Experience in bookkeeping preferred and also willing to mentor and train an accounting/business student
- Accounting Diploma or Degree preferred
- Proficient written and oral English skills

**Compensation**:

- Salary/hourly based on experience

**Job Type**:

- Full-time / Part-time

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday due regular business hours
