The Job - Dispatcher
Dispatchers play an integral role in keeping customer satisfaction high by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor while dispatching On Side Restoration crews to jobs in a timely manner. **Knowing who to call, when to call them and what the steps are in the restoration process is all just a regular part of being a Dispatcher.**
**Dispatchers are responsible for**:
- Dispatching crews to save the day when disasters hit.
- Understanding scope of work and skills needed on a job site.
- Scheduling work with property owners.
- Managing sub-trade schedules.
- Managing crew mix and on-call availability.
**What you bring**:
- Superior customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Unparalleled organizational skills.
- Conscientiousness, never leaving a task before it’s complete.
- Curiosity, you’re always asking questions and want to know the rest of the story.
- Excellent phone and computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel and Teams familiarity is a must).

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
