**Position Overview**

The **Service Coordinator** is responsible for managing the vehicle reconditioning process and supporting customers post-sale. You'll work closely with our in-house mechanics and detailers to ensure every car is showroom-ready and follow up with customers to address any concerns that may arise after purchase.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the full reconditioning process for all used vehicles
- Schedule inspections, repairs, and detailing with internal teams
- Track vehicle progress and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and services performed
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicles are listed for sale
- Communicate daily with mechanics, detailers, and management
- Handle customer concerns related to service or vehicle issues after the sale
- Work with the service team to provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document post-sale service issues and coordinate necessary repairs

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Automotive knowledge is an asset but **not required** — we’ll train the right person
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external customers
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
