**Job Title: Business Operations Analyst**

GraceMed is looking for an analytical, detail oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst. We are searching for an individual who is innovative and agile, multi-functional operator to work with senior leaders to analyze our business data and collaborate with leaders to develop new business models to ensure our growth and success. The role will report to the Vice President of Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly impact well-rounded and scalable business planning and decision-making through research and analysis, clear presentation of considerations, and measurable recommendations
- Develop aspects of planning, management, reporting and continuous evaluation of assignments that support goals including partnering with finance on business operations such as price modelling
- Directly impact business decisions and plan for long-term growth integrating information across Operations, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Development
- Build and run dashboards and other reports to supervise key business metrics
- Timely reporting and informing leaders regarding key business performance issues (eg. Sales)
- Develop a deep understanding of major performance drivers and provide reporting to assist decision makers to develop plans to meet financial goals and mitigate risks
- Derive insights from large data sets and make recommendations to improve key performance metrics such on utilization (room turnover, provider capacity, etc)
- Analyze data and reports using statistical techniques (RCA, trending, control charting, gap analysis, etc)
- Turn large amounts of data from multiple sources into concise and intelligent reporting for decision making with guidance from senior leaders
- Driving continuous improvement through the adoption of automation tools and streamlined processes and templates

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent level of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis
- Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for data entry, tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of aesthetic industry an asset
- Experience in financial analysis and modelling, strategic/operational planning, performance management
- Proven background of using data and metrics to craft strategies
- Outstandingly organized, methodical thinking, attention to detail are essential assets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Visual experience (SQL)
- Macros/VBA
- Script writing
- PowerBI/Tableau
- Zenoti Experience an Asset
- Experience in startup operations is a plus
