At our new Waterloo location, we provide a unique environment where teams must solve puzzles, crack codes, and unravel mysteries within a set time frame.

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Game Masters. As a Game Master at Escapology Waterloo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You will guide players through their escape room adventures, monitor their progress, and provide hints or clues as needed, all while maintaining the suspense and excitement of the game.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host and Guide: Welcome and brief guests on their escape room experience, explaining rules and storylines.
- Monitor Gameplay: Observe players via CCTV to ensure safety and fair play, providing hints when necessary.
- Reset Rooms: Quickly and accurately reset rooms after each game to ensure they are ready for the next group.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns before, during, and after the game.
- Maintain Atmosphere: Help create an immersive experience by staying in character and adding to the ambiance of the game.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Game Masters and management to ensure smooth operations and a fun work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
- Enthusiasm for puzzles, games, and entertainment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
