**Summer Camp Counselor - Taekwondo Camp (Cambridge & Waterloo, Ontario)**

**Position**: Summer Camp Counselor
**Location**: Cambridge & Waterloo, Ontario
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Summer Position
**Hours**: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM (depending on the day)
**Pay**: $18 - $20 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead engaging games and activities for children
- Supervise students to ensure their safety and well-being
- Provide exceptional customer service to campers and their families
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes in a positive and respectful manner
- Foster a safe, fun, and encouraging environment for all campers
- Help with day-to-day operations and tasks around the camp

**Requirements**:

- No martial arts experience required (although an interest in Taekwondo is a plus)
- Experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Responsible, energetic, and enthusiastic about creating a positive camp experience for kids
- **First Aid and CPR Level C certification** required
- **Vulnerable Sector Background Check** required
