**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist with food preparation and service as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with restocking as necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

**Skills**
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Experience with cashiering and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of food industry practices, including food handling and preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
