Clare Interior Supplies Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Manager. At Clare the Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily efficiencies and operations of the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities of warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control and management, shipping and receiving as well as overall productivity
- Schedule and coordinate daily activities of warehouse team to meet and exceed all demands
- Manage flow and quality of work to ensure maximized efficiencies
- Ensure product and shipments are to Clare standards
- Manage, maintain and complete monthly, weekly and daily reporting
- Assist in workforce planning
- Inspect, maintain and ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and serviced
- Promote, enforce and foster a safe working environment
- Training and development of staff
- other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years experience in Warehouse Management
- Forklift certification and experience
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel, Word and inventory systems
- Minimum grade 12 education
- University degree or equivalent considered an asset
- Conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to work differing hours as per business needs
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
