**Warehouse Associate**

We are looking for a talented, passionate and experienced Warehouse Associate. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders and keeping the warehouse neat and ordered.

This role is onsite at our warehouse located in Ancaster, ON.

Term: 3 months seasonal contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collecting merchandise from the distribution centre and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.
- Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return.
- Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
- Identifying any missing lost or damaged materials and immediately notifies the supervisor.
- Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping.
- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.
- Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination.
- Preparing shipments for crossing the border
- Cycle counting inventory to ensure accuracy
- Preparation of merchandise to sell on online marketplaces

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years combined experience in either College or University in addition to sales.
- Skill in problem-solving and in the use of a computer and applicable software.
- Experience with inventory software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to be a team player.
- Being able to keep high pace on repetitive tasks.

**Salary**: $23 - $25 per hour
