**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Provide special project support to the PSP team.
- Work across multiple projects that are part of the department initiatives.
- The role will require excellent communication and organizational skills and will involve liaising at different levels internally and potentially externally.
- This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the Performance Excellence Managers and Lead.
- Assist Project Managers and help enable them to effectively deliver the projects on time, within budget and within scope, meeting the needs of the organization.
- Fulfil other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingualism, oral and written required in English and French.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience using project management tools such as SmartSheet and CoPilot preferred.

**COMPETENCIES**
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Ability to respond diplomatically and professionally to internal/external clients
- Discretion, maturity, flexibility, sound judgement skills are essential
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Strong communication skills both oral and written

**WORKING CONDITIONS/ JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must possess mobility to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment, including a computer (finite movements such as typing), telephoning and other office functions.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Requires mental stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen.
- Must be open to occasionally travel to our client's offices in either Montreal, QC, or Toronto, ON.
