Title: Bilingual Application project manager

Location: Montreal, QC (1 day every week from Montreal office)

Type: Contract (6+ months)

Key points/Highlights:

- Experience in several large-scale in-house solution development projects (multiple users, microservices, complex technologies, security)
- MS Project: X/10, number of years of experience and IDENTIFY WHICH MANDATE
- EPM: X/10, number of years of experience and IDENTIFY WHICH MANDATE
- Experience with Jira (project+tasks alignment)
- Experience with budget management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Drafting of bi-monthly progress report
- Experience with project interdependencies
- Experience with hybrid methodology: Agile & Waterfall
- Experience in large scale environments
- Experience with third parties (e.g. with suppliers, cities, etc.)
- Experience in large environments (eg Desjardins, BNC, Intact, Orange Telecom, etc.)

Job description:

- Ensure understanding of business needs and objectives related to strategic projects that will support digital transformation;
- Participate in workshops or review committees for architectures or deliverables;
- Support the teams in the deployment strategy of these projects;
- Coordinate, as needed, initiatives allowing the optimization of ways of doing things to achieve the corporate objectives of its projects;
- Establish timelines and costs and ensure follow-up;
- Identify expected deliverables and follow up with management;
- Coordinate deployment;
- Report on the progress of the work;
- Produce a dashboard and update it;
- Ensure the operationalization of new ways of doing things;
- Establish indicators and measure performance.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $80.00-$100.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 7 years (required)
- Microsoft Project: 1 year (preferred)
- Enterprise performance management(EPM): 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)
