Mishmish is a third-culture Middle Eastern Bakery & Cafe dedicated to serving food and drink inspired by the tastes, techniques, and traditions that have been with our families for generations and the celebration of the adaptations that have come from who and where we are now.
We proudly make everything in-house and always strive for the highest standards in everything we do. Our Pastry Cooks/Bakers are responsible for the preparation and assembly of pastries and the mixing, shaping, and baking of all breads.

**Role Responsibilities**
- _**Uphold standards**_ _for quality, cleanliness, daily equipment maintenance, organization, and safety in all areas of baking and pastry prep_
- _**Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities**_ _with the ability to stay calm under pressure_
- _**Time management skills**_ _and the ability to work on their own or as part of a team_

**Qualifications**
- _**2+ years minimum experience**_working in a high-production bakery, pastry shop or cafe_
- _**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**_
- _**Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining quality and consistency**_ _without compromise_
- _**Ability to work efficiently and cleanly**_
- _**Punctuality and ability to work early mornings, if needed,**_ _working in a high-production bakery or cafe_
- _**Excellent communication**_ _and interpersonal skills_
