**Most of the things you'll work on**:

- Provide first level support for our clients on both Systems and Network related issues.
- Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installations related to Windows, VM environment, and other software related issues.
- Perform upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance on servers
- Verify data integrity of backup and restore systems
- Update knowledge and skills to keep up with rapid advancements in computer technology
- Provide 24*7 first level support for client projects
- Maintain a knowledge base of standard operating procedures
- Maintain project monitoring systems
- Maintain and support internal development systems

**Qualifications**:
**You'll need to have**:

- 2 years of professional IT experience with strong experience in both systems and networking support
- A college diploma or University degree in the field of computer science
- Must Have: Advanced knowledge in server hardware, Windows O/S (Server and Workstation), VM Environments. Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, and MYSQL Databases is an asset.
- Excellent understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and hardware
- Working experience of network concepts, including LAN/WAN infrastructure and TCP/IP routing
- Some experience in Cisco switches and firewalls is an asset
- A+ or Microsoft Certified is an asset
- AWS Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of PRTG Monitoring Systems is an asset.
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
- Willingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate patience, tact, and respect
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Great customer service, detail and follow-up skills required
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- On-Call shift work required (24*7 when on call)
