**Job Summary**

This position will begin immediately and requires working Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting practices and principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Experience with Microsoft Navision is considered an asset

**Responsibilities**
- Full-cycle accounting, including Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, Prepaids, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation, etc.
- Accounts Payable processing
- Daily Sales Report processing
- Balance Sheet reconciliations, including sub-ledger to GL reconciliations
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger for accountable entities
- Calculate and prepare cheques
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate cashflow
- Assist with ad-hoc reports and projects as needed
