Thomson Roof Treatment Ltd. is seeking a **Project Estimator & Operations Coordinator** to join our growing company. This role goes beyond estimating — it’s designed for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is eager to contribute to all areas of the business.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As Project Estimator & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing proposals, and working closely with clients. You’ll also support day-to-day operations, including safety oversight, inventory tracking, HR support, and occasionally assisting in the field to ensure work gets done to the highest standard.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ESTIMATING & CLIENT MANAGEMENT**
- Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates and proposals.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections.
- Communicate clearly with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Follow up on proposals and support business growth initiatives.

**OPERATIONS SUPPORT**
- Track and manage inventory, equipment, and materials.
- Provide safety oversight and ensure WorkSafeBC compliance.
- Assist with HR functions such as onboarding and training new staff.
- Support growth planning and contribute ideas for efficiency and profitability.

**FIELD INVOLVEMENT**
- Step into the field to assist crews when deadlines or challenges arise.
- Ensure projects are completed to company quality standards.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, or related industry.
- Strong estimating and project planning skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and “steps up” when needed.
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
