Your time has come. We are looking for an Estimator / Project Manager who will primarily manage estimate and tenderING and manage projects as needed.

**ABOUT US**
Blackrete Builders is thrilled to have found a new construction company in Victoria focused on building great projects, lasting relationships, and contributing to the local community. We specialize in Commercial General Contracting, Construction Management and Concrete Subcontracting. Having incorporated in 2020, we have already started work on two towers in downtown Victoria totalling over $50 Million. With many more commercial and concert projects underway. As a new company in Victoria, we've hit the ground running and are here to stay Join a new fast-growing team.

**EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Pride in yourself and what you do.
- REQUIRED Minimum 5 years of proven estimating and tender management experience in small and large-scale projects, including commercial concrete,
- Minimum 5 years managing projects at a Project Coordinator level or higher,
- Intermediate level software and technical skills,
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and company loyalty.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects flexibly and efficiently,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to lead a team and provide mentorship.

**JOB DETAILS (THE IMPORTANT STUFF)**
- Full Time.
- Salary is roughly $100,000, depending on skill, experience, and background.
- Located in Victoria, British Columbia.
- Start date immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
