OverviewProject Manager/Estimator – Security Technologies – Victoria, BCA Project Manager/Estimator is needed to design and deliver complex security systems for critical infrastructure, including police stations, hospitals, hydroelectric dams, and other safety‑critical facilities across British Columbia.ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users.Manage all project areas including contract management, financials, schedules, labor requirements, materials, deficiencies, and change orders.Perform cost estimating, change management, and submit tenders.Complete required billing paperwork and ensure timely payment.Review project reports and provide analytics to the project team.Coordinate project manual completion and submit as‑built drawings to the owner.Report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the field team and office support (coordinators, designers, technicians, accounting) to achieve project performance, budget, and schedule targets.Qualifications3+ years of project management and estimating experience in construction/electrical technologies.Solid knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.Trades qualification and/or electrical TQ is an asset.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of Procore and Accubid is an asset.Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to interact with project stakeholders, other project managers/estimators, field team, and office support team.Strong organization and time‑management skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year plus a total compensation package.Flexible work schedule and competitive vacation policy.Comprehensive benefits package, including RRSP matching, health and wellness reimbursements, additional days off, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.Opportunities for continuous development and career growth.How to ApplyVisit https://www.houle.ca/careers and click on the listing for Project Manager/Estimator, Security – Victoria.
