Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train retail staff on sales techniques, customer service, and store policies
- Set sales goals and targets for the team and monitor their performance
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Assist customers with their purchases and provide product knowledge
- Process cash transactions accurately and handle cash handling procedures
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve employee performance
- Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure store security

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and employees
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
- Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in training and development of employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
