**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Execute painting techniques with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
- Transport equipment to and from job sites, ensuring that all tools are accounted for and in good condition.

**Qualifications**
- No prior experience is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
- Strong work ethic with a dedication to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Physical ability to carry equipment and perform manual tasks such as sanding and painting.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Respect for your colleagues and clients.
- A desire to learn, work hard, and contribute to a great team atmosphere.
