**The Job**:
Interior and exteiror painting in Nanaimo and across central Vancouver Island.

Enjoy summer with 4-day work weeks Full-time and 0.8 FTE (full time equivalent (~32 hours) positions.

Located in Nanaimo, Seriously Painting Ltd. has proudly served residential and commercial customers across Central Vancouver Island for over 20 years.

With a wide range of experience, we’ve worked on interiors, exteriors, new construction, commercial projects, cabinet refinishing, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Clean exterior surfaces by hand or with a pressure washer

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
