**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures to management and employees.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to identify top talent.
- Collect and analyze employee data to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
- Conduct employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff development.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources functions, including HR sourcing and interviewing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
