Loblaws is a Canadian leader in the grocery business and is now accepting resumes for Warehouse Associate Order Pickers at their distribution centre in Ajax. Scheduled interviews will be held at the YMCA Employment Centre in Pickering.
About the Loblaws Company:
Starting pay rate: $22.00/hr
Paid training to learn the role
Certification provided of Pallet jacks (double and triple), and/or reach trucks operation, no cost to you

Must be able to meet all 3:
- Available to work weekends
- Capable of lifting up to 50-60 pounds repetitively
- Available to work days, afternoons and night shifts
About the role:
- Selecting and assembling product for store orders, accurately and efficiently in all climates (dry, coolers, and freezers)
- Ensuring that all cases and pallets are properly identified with the correct store number
- Performing visual and operational vehicle safety inspections and reporting any unsafe vehicles to supervisor or maintenance personnel
- Operating warehouse equipment: i.e., pallet jacks (double and triple), and/or reach trucks (training is provided)
