**Job Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide patient care by monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in health status to nursing staff.
- Support individuals with disabilities and seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transportation needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in client living areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of clients.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is preferred.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices and dementia care techniques is a plus.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively while maintaining a respectful environment for clients.
- Experience in meal preparation and understanding of dietary needs for various health conditions.
- Capability to assist with medication administration following established protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including those with disabilities.
