Little Billy's is a very busy family owned restaurant with an incredibly welcoming and fun atmosphere with the potential for an awesome income with gratuity, flexible schedule, and opportunity to bring your serving experience to our fine dining establishment : )

We are currently seeking an experienced server with a keen eye for attention to detail, and who strives to provide the best experience for our customers.

Preference will be given to the following:
**Serving it Right certificate and understanding of responsible alcohol service**
Fine Dining experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
**Must be passionate about drinks, food and people**
Strong communication skills with a positive and smiling personality
**Wine/Cocktail knowledge**
Experience selling/suggesting restaurant menu items, beverages and wines
**Certifications in Food, Wine or Liquor (or courses) is an asset**
Able to stay calm under pressure, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of
**Knowledge to be able to pair wines and menu items**
