**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation as needed and adhere to all food handling guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
