**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: Prior experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining. (2years minimum)
- Passion: A love for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel special.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sake, and fine beverages is a plus (training will be provided).
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Professionalism: A polished demeanour and a commitment to upholding our high service standards.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver impeccable service, guiding guests through our menu and pairing recommendations.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and always ready for guests.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless dining experience.
- Provide menu and beverage insights with confidence and enthusiasm.
