**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Assess **market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs** to refine our **go-to-market strategy**.
- **Customer Engagement & Business Development**:

- Identify and **engage with potential customers** and **industry partners** for pilot projects.
- Develop strategies to **convert leads into long-term partnerships**.
- Manage customer communications, ensuring a **seamless experience from initial outreach to product evaluation**.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Develop **marketing materials, presentations, and product messaging** tailored to industry stakeholders.
- Manage PINA Creation’s **social media, website content, and LinkedIn outreach** to enhance brand awareness.
- **Project Management & Strategic Growth**:

- Oversee **pilot projects and collaborations** with customers and partners.
- **Trade Shows & Industry Engagement**:

- Represent PINA Creation at **industry events, trade shows, and conferences** to promote our technology and expand our network.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**

✔ **Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Marketing, Business, or Engineering** (required).
- **Master’s degree** in **Marketing, Business, or a related field** (preferred).
- **Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Nanotechnology** is a plus.

✔ **Experience**:

- **+2 years of experience** in **marketing, business development, or product management** in relevant industries such as **electronics, nanotechnology, advanced materials, or printed electronics**.
- Strong background in **customer engagement, project management, and strategic marketing**.

✔ **Skills & Knowledge**:

- Experience in **managing, communicating, and engaging with customers** to drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of **market positioning, competitive analysis, and commercialization strategies**.
- Ability to create **marketing materials, product messaging, and social media content**.
- Familiarity with **electronic manufacturing, semiconductor materials, and printed electronics** is a plus.
- Excellent **project management skills** to oversee **customer collaborations and pilot projects**.
