We are currently looking for a FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team. Reporting to the Directors of Operations and Production, the Food Production Supervisor provides hand on leadership over a production shift to ensure that production guidelines are met safely on time, in an organized manner within fast paced food production environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform production setup, operation, and guidelines for each production
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration with Directors and Management
- Verification of equipment
- Manage and supervisor employees during operations
- Assign and direct team members to their proper stations
- Document and report all production, traceability and quality control information
- Oversee and manage employees, product quality, food processing, and final packaging
- Provide leadership to team members through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
- Motivate and encourage team members to attain production goals
- Provide on-the-job training to new team members
- Ensure that team members follow the SQF and HACCP food industry rules, standards, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be comfortable in working in refrigerated cold temperature environment

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- College / DEC
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a food manufacturing setting; min. 3 years
- Strong communication skills
- Culinary knowledge
- Ability to communicate efficiently in French and English, spoken and written.
- Training in Food safety (HACCAP and or SQF qualifications is an asset)
- Computer skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: TBD on experience
