Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Production Supervisor for the night shift to conduct and coordinate the production activities at our factory located at **4220 rue Griffith à ville Saint-Laurent. **More specifically, you will be responsible for monitoring the production objectives, ensuring the development of the personnel and the respect of health and safety rules within the factory.

**Salary**: Starting at 39 400$

**Schedule**:Sunday to Thursday - 6h30 to 15h.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Make the work environment FUN;
- Settle first-level conflicts with fairness and equity;
- Manage, delegate, and coordinate work within the production team to ensure the delivery of all the meal boxes;
- Train the new employees and participate directly in their development;
- Ensure that occupational health and safety standards and health and safety rules are enforced and complied with by your team;
- Ensure that the products meet the specifications and meet the QUALITY standard of COOK IT (good quantity, portioning method, proper packaging, positioning in the bag, respect for temperatures, etc);
- Monitor performance and quality while doing supervision tours;
- Communicate proactively with the other teams/departments regarding the production stakes.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Mastered English and French, speaking and writing;
- You are available to work **Friday to Sunday at night.**:

- Experience in the food industry, manufacturing, or distribution;
- Experience in employee and priority management;
- Demonstrate great autonomy in their work and be focused on managing priorities
- Have good communication skills
- Comfortable with working in a refrigerated area;
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
