**JOB** SUMMARY**: Reports to and works under the direction and Portfolio Lead - Child & Youth Health, Six Nations Elected Council, which includes matters pertaining to the policies and procedures of Six Nations Elected Council.
**PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION**
The Clinical Lead manages promotion, prevention, education and intervention/ programming health services for the Six Nations children and youth, with the emphasis on assisting individuals to achieve their fullest potential in communication, education, nutrition, physical & daily living skills through a community based intervention approach, while working within the administrative procedures established for the Clinical Lead - Child & Youth Health Position.
To assist the team members to plan and organize caseloads and provide clinical supervision and support to ensure services are delivered in accordance with current applicable federal, provincial, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and assure that the highest degree of quality client care can be maintained at all times.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master’s Degree in Regulated Health Profession and in good standing with their regulated health professional college and demonstrated experience in Supervision or support of staff.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Regulated Health Profession and in good standing with their regulated health professional college and demonstrated 3 years’ experience in Supervision/leadership of support of staff.
- Demonstrated experience working in an inter-disciplinary team.
- Preferred experience working in children’s health.

To assist the Program Supervisors - Child & Youth by overseeing the coordination and delivery of programs and services for children and youth within the Six Nations community.
