The Human Resources Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner and providing efficient and effective administrative support to the West Edmonton Mall Property Inc.’s Human Resources Office.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greeting all in-person visitors and answering and forwarding all company phone calls in a courteous and professional manner while ensuring that the reception area is neat, clean and organized at all times.
- Coordinating meetings by confirming space, booking meeting facilities and/or sending out meeting invitations.
- Completing high volumes of confidential data entry, document scanning and information documentation.
- Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all office machines including fax, photocopier, and printer(s), kitchen and office supplies, ordering required materials as required.
- Accepting mail and courier deliveries and ensuring the materials and information is properly distributed to the appropriate parties within the organization.
- Printing ID cards, making name tags, answering employee questions, providing forms and documentation.
- Other responsibilities as required.
**Desired Qualifications**:

- One (1)-two (2) years-experience in an office environment in a reception/administrative based position.
- Previous experience in the customer service field with exceptional telephone communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Education in human resources or previous experience in a human resources is an asset.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Previous experience with data entry within a payroll/HRIS systems is an asset.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality in the workplace.
- Excellent typing and computer skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well the ability to adapt to other software programs as required.
**Terms of Employment**:

- This is a full-time position is required Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
