Sous la responsabilité du Sous-Chef, l’aide-cuisinier aide à la préparation des portions de viande de nos repas. La responsabilité des aide-cuisiniers est de s'assurer que les coupes, les grillades et l'assaisonnement de la viande sont à la satisfaction du Sous-Chef et des standards. L’aide-cuisinier doit avoir d'excellentes compétences en matière de travail d'équipe et la capacité de suivre les instructions, de travailler à un rythme rapide, debout dans un environnement froid et à un haut volume de production.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Coordonner les activités de cuisson de grandes quantités de viande pour fournir les chaînes d’assemblage de plats;
- Effectuer le plaquage, l’assaisonnement et aider à la découpe des viandes;
- Peser les portions d’aliments en prévision de l’emballage;
- Soutenir la partie viande du processus de préparation des commandes;
- Respecter les protocoles d'hygiène et de salubrité alimentaires;
- Respecter les politiques et procédures en santé et sécurité du travail;
- Maintenir les aires de travail propres.
**COMPÉTENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expérience dans l’industrie alimentaire, un atout.
- Français et/ou anglais parlé.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement froid (4°C)
- Bonne dextérité manuelle et efficacité d’exécution.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Responsible et ponctualité.
- Rigoureux.
**QUARTS DE TRAVAIL**
- 7h à 17h30 (10 heures) samedi, dimanche, lundi et mardi

Our mission is to help people adopt a healthy and balanced diet and save them time every week by cooking healthy meals for them.
Reporting to the Sous-Chef, the Kitchen Helper aids the preparation of the meat portions of our meals. The Kitchen helper’s responsibility is ensure that the cuts, seasoning, and grilling of the meat are to the satisfaction of the head chef. The kitchen help require excellent team-work skills, the ability to follow instructions, and work at a steady pace, while standing in a cold environment.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and monitor the cooking of high quantities of meat, to feed the meal assembly line;
- Carry out the plating, seasoning and help with the cutting of the meat;
- Weigh food portions to complete the meals;
- Support the meat portion of the order preparation process;
- Always follow food quality and safety protocols;
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols;
- Comply with occupational health and safety policies and procedures;
- Maintain work areas clean.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the food industry, an asset.
- French and/or English spoken.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (4°C).
- Manual dexterity & ability to execute tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Responsible & punctuality.
- Meticulous.
**SHIFTS**
- 7:00am to 5:30pm (10 hours) Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
