We are seeking a **District Manager** to lead and support store operations within their assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for driving district-wide success by inspiring and guiding store teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, mentor, and retain strong store leadership teams.

- Monitor payroll budgets and shrink, ensuring audit procedures and loss prevention targets are consistently met.
- Enforce company policies and operational guidelines across all locations.
- Oversee daily operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
**Requirements**:
- A university degree or college diploma in retail management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of **5 years' experience** as a District Sales Manager within the **fashion retail industry**.
- Proven leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
- Strong commercial mindset and driven to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive performance.
- Skilled at developing talent through training and support.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Gestionnaire régional des ventes** pour diriger et soutenir les opérations des magasins dans sa région assignée. Cette personne sera chargée de stimuler la performance globale du district en encadrant et en motivant les équipes de magasin afin d’atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Évaluer les performances commerciales et identifier les opportunités pour maximiser les ventes à l’échelle du district.
- Recruter, encadrer et fidéliser des équipes de gestion solides pour les magasins.
- Offrir du coaching personnalisé et du développement professionnel tout en établissant des plans de succession.
- Superviser la présentation des produits en magasin et s’assurer que les normes de marchandisage visuel soient respectées dans tous les points de vente.
- Communiquer clairement les objectifs et les attentes à l’ensemble des équipes.
- Contrôler les budgets de main-d’œuvre et de démarque inconnue, et veiller à ce que les procédures d’audit soient respectées et les résultats atteints.
- S’assurer que tous les employés respectent les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes pour garantir une exécution efficace et uniforme.
**Exigences**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en gestion du commerce de détail ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de **5 ans d’expérience** en tant que gestionnaire régional/district dans le secteur de la **vente au détail de mode**.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion d’équipe.
- Forte orientation commerciale et axé(e) sur les résultats.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation, en relations interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité démontrée à analyser les tendances du marché pour stimuler les ventes.
- Expérience avérée dans le coaching et le développement des talents.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.
- Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire flexible, incluant soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés.
- **Bilinguisme en anglais et en français requis.**
