The Procurement team is a global leader among public sector entities in the formulation, planning and delivery of procurement services for complex capital and non-capital mandates. We work hand-in-hand with other shared service, project delivery and strategic functions within Infrastructure Ontario (IO) to advance procurement strategies and execute solutions. Our focus is to ensure value for Ontarians by responding to market developments and stakeholder priorities with a commitment to strategic, process,and creative excellence.
- The Procurement Analyst role at IO is an exciting opportunity to utilize a combination of Public procurement, analysis, process improvement, and commercial acumen. The Procurement Analyst will work across multiple business lines with a focus on executing second stage procurements conducted under existing Standing Offer Agreements and Vendor of Record Master Agreements.

**What You Will Do**:

- Execute the procurement process in a manner that is consistent with IO’s Procurement Policy and applicable laws, trade agreements and Government directives.
- Lead, as directed, and/or support the execution of all procurement process optimization and quality management initiatives relating to assigned Master Agreements.
- Coordinate and administer the Contract Amendment process for various contract types, ensuring alignment with all applicable IO purchasing controls guidelines and policies.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- The salary range for this position is $58,900 - $88,400, with a corresponding job level of P4.
