Gentry Capital of Manulife Wealth Incorporated is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist and Branch Administrator to join our team.

Gentry Capital, associated with Manulife Wealth Incorporated, is a leading provider of high-quality investment products and services to a discerning clientele seeking custom solutions for their wealth management needs.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide a professional, courteous and welcoming experience to our clientele;
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Provide administrative support as part of the Client Service team;
- Maintain up-to-date client and compliance files;
- Assist with coordination of client appointments;
- Other general office duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written):

- Well developed interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- The ability to tactfully handle confidential information;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work within deadlines;
- Ability to learn new technologies and programs;
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
