Responsibilities include:

- Exceeding revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
- Developing a business plan and creating robust pipelines for prospective clients.
- Utilizing various communication methods to source and engage potential clients.
- Collaborating with U.S. and Global National Accounts sales teams to identify joint client opportunities.
- Expanding your knowledge of ADP products and keeping up-to-date with competitors.

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of sales experience.
- Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions to National Accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and prospecting into C-Suite.
- Exceptional persuasive communication skills.
- Familiarity with the industry and ADP's competitors.
- Success in a team selling environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
