The Night Auditor is an integral part of the Front Office, responsible for handling the overnight Front Desk operations of the hotel. This would include assisting in all aspects of Guest Services, as well as completing end of day accounting and reconciliation tasks of the Food and Beverage, Spa, and Rooms divisions. The Night Auditor may be the first point of contact for guests whom are arriving after 11 PM, and as such must be capable of providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Duties**
- Audit daily guest ledger of the Hotel, Spa and Food & Beverage departments to balance and verify entries
- Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, and guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
- Investigate and correct any discrepancies from daily activity
- Transmit credit card batches
- Conduct security rounds
- Perform all Guest Service Agent functions as required including: Prepare documents and keys required for registration; Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments; Promptly and courteously attend to telephone calls and direct as appropriate; Provide information on hotel facilities and services.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Completion of high school or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in hospitality an asset, but not mandatory
- Competent in Microsoft Office software (including but not limited to: Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, evenings and weekends as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
