Join our team as a Night Auditor and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the operational excellence of our hotel during the night shift

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform nightly financial audits, ensuring accuracy in all transactions and reports.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting guests with their needs and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Prepare daily reports for management, detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular property checks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $24.96 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Whistler, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Guest services: 1 year (preferred)
