Refrigeration Sales Coordinator

**The Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the Refrigeration Sales Manager to prepare quotes and sales presentations
- Accounting duties including job costing and invoice approvals
- Create purchase order entries
- Support Sales Manager in executing sales order
- Coordinate transportation and logistics
- Record keeping of equipment transaction
- Product sourcing using manufacturers and other vendors
- Occasionally supporting the Service Parts Manager with the ordering and coordination of parts for technicians and customers

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in logistics or business
- Previous experience in a sales coordinator role (specifically in warehousing, freight, LTL, or manufacturing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset
- Previous experience in Refrigeration of other HVACR equipment is considered an asset
