**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years of Bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining or casual fine dining establishment and can handle serving the Bar Counter while dispensing drinks.
- Available on weekdays and weekends, day, and night shifts, as well as Holidays
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Working as a member of a team
- Working with Toast is an asset
- Passion and sound understanding of cuisine, wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus

**Job description**
- Craft a wide range of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
- Create a welcoming and upbeat bar environment that guests want to return to
- Provide thoughtful recommendations and detailed menu knowledge to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service
- Communicate effectively with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and uphold our service standards
- Support inventory tracking, restocking, and opening/closing duties
- Contribute to the overall vibe, energy, and rhythm of the restaurant
- Reporting to the Manager on duty
- Following daily service checklists, including beautifications and shift cleanliness
- Bringing a positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Adhering to Banff Social grooming standards
- Adhere to Banff Social Steps of Service and extensive food and beverage menu knowledge
- Able to lift and carry 40-50lbs
