We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Cocktail Bartender who loves mixing things up—crafting cocktails, offering thoughtful wine and liquor recommendations, and creating genuine guest connections that deliver memorable moments in a casual yet refined atmosphere.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a warm, welcoming bar experience for all guests
- Craft and serve thoughtful, well-balanced cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits with precision and flair
- Recommend drinks confidently, highlighting unique spirits and house-made ingredients
- Pair cocktails and wine with menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Engage guests with knowledge and enthusiasm about our beverage program
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with Alberta liquor legislation
- Support the front-of-house team with seamless service throughout the restaurant
- Follow all health and safety policies and report hazards or injuries promptly
- Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs

**What You Bring**:

- Previous cocktail or upscale bar experience required
- ProServe certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and mixology trends
- Passion for creativity, flavour, and presentation
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
