Are you a master of mixology with a flair for crafting bold, unforgettable cocktails? Good Folk is on the hunt for a vibrant Bartender to shake things up with inventive drinks and off-the-beaten-path wines. If you thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences and bringing flavors to life, we want you behind our bar
**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve expertly balanced cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance the guest experience.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests while managing the bar and dining area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta liquor legislation and enforce responsible service practices.
- Take and manage multiple drink orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Work alongside the culinary team to provide seamless food and beverage pairings.
- Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Additional duties may be assigned to help meet guest and business needs.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A bartender with a passion for mixology, hospitality, and exceptional service.
- Prior bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, classic and modern cocktails, and global wines.
- ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive team player who takes pride in their craft and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
