As we continue our growth trajectory, we are looking for a **National Account Associate** to join our team. Let’s create something unique and have a little fun while doing it

Reporting to the National Account Executive, the National Account Associate will carry the responsibility of handling detailed administrative and operational procedures, while collaborating with the National Accounts team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entry-level administrative duties.
- Collaborate and communicate with various departments to troubleshoot problems and find creative opportunities for our existing customer base.
- Complete monthly & quarterly data entry.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of client information.
- Support National Accounts Team with various opportunities assigned within the National Portfolio and work collaboratively to increase margin on our existing customer base.
- Maintaining client information on our CRM
- Complete billing and portfolio summaries
- Complete annual budgets for existing customer base

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the Waste Industry is considered an asset
- 1+ years experience in a fast-paced supporting role
- Experience working in a customer support setting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- A solutions-based approach to work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
