Parts Sales Representative

**About Us**: Frontline Machinery is a family-owned heavy equipment dealership specializing in the sale and rental of equipment and parts for aggregate crushing and screening, wood grinding, waste shredding, and volumetric measuring technology. With coverage across BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, YK, and NWT, we are rapidly growing and expanding into new markets. We’re looking for a motivated Parts Sales Representative to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with target customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate parts and service solutions. This will be a combination of time on the road as well as some from the office.
- Primary market is aggregate and material handling.
- Identify potential customers and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Parts and service departments) to ensure timely delivery of parts and services to customers.
- Work with internal team to prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements within company guidelines**.**
- Achieve KPI’s set out by the company and keep accurate and up to date notes in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Experience in aggregates or material processing either from a sales, service, or operations background is preferred.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
- Willing to dig in and continually learn new skills to further their performance and personal development.

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
